A number of Girondins players have been on international duty this week: here's how they got on.

Benoît Costil was selected in the France squad, but did not feature in Les Bleus' 2-1 victory over the Netherlands. Alphonse Aréola was the man between the sticks for France.

Meanwhile, in the African Cup of Nations qualifying rounds, François Kamano's Guinea faced the Central African Republic yesterday. François started on the left wing and played the full 90 minutes, with Guinea securing a 1-0 victory to go top of their qualifying group.

Selected for the France U19 squad, Aurélien Tchouaméni won his third cap this week. He started in the 2-0 victory over India.

Finally, after a stand-off with the national federation over player contracts, the Danish national side was back to full strength for a 2-0 victory over Wales in Aarhus. Andreas Cornelius was a late substitution, winning his 22nd cap. Lukas Lerager was an unused sub.

Called up to the Ireland U19 squad, Tom Gaston did not feature in the friendly match against Wales in Longford but did play in their rematch in Galway on Tuesday.

Noha Ndombasi was called up to the France U18 squad, but did not play in their game against England. The French were 2-1 losers, finishing 3rd in the Limoges tournament.
